This is an amazing step for our school because it allows us to elevate the education we offer our students. What is Pivot Point Education?

Pivot Point is an educational system for beauty school programs that has been in the industry for over half a century. The styling education is designed to build upon foundational knowledge, sharpen technical skills, showcase salon styles for students, and encourages practical service speed. The education also encourages lifelong learning and is regularly updated with some of the newest, latest, and greatest trends in the industry.

One of the ways that Pivot Point curriculums stand out is by helping students to remain engaged in the program throughout their day. Many students would ordinarily leave their schooling at the classroom door when they leave for the day, but a Pivot Point course is something that students bring with them everywhere they go. This continuous engagement is how the program strives to help students learn more easily, prepare for exams, and be prepared for the real world.

What Pivot Point Programs Are There?

Pivot Point provides programs in esthetics, cosmetology, and nail technology. We incorporate Pivot Point curriculums in all of our programs because it is integrated with modern technology to allow our students to get real-world experience in the classroom. An example of how we do this is by providing iPads for our students to use for their textbooks, lessons, and even social media so they can start building their presence and brand before they’ve even complete the program!

What is The Advanced Academy?

The Pivot Point Advanced Academy will first be added to our cosmetology programs, though it could possibly be added to our esthetics and nail programs over time. This program adds an extra emphasis to the new and upcoming opportunities in the beauty industry to help prepare our students for their careers. The students can have both look and learn opportunities as well as hands-on experiences in this program.
